1. Conditions for Eligible Returns
- The fabric must be in its original uncut, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
- Fabrics that have been stitched, tailored, altered, washed, or cut by the customer cannot be accepted for return.
- All original brand tags, labels, and packaging must accompany the returned parcel.
2. Step-by-Step Return Process
- Send an email to care@kalshicollection.com or WhatsApp +91 98765 43210 with your Order ID.
- Our logistics partner will arrange a complimentary doorstep pickup within 2 business days.
- Once inspected at our Surat warehouse, your full refund will be processed within 24 hours to your original payment method or bank account.
