Welcome to Kalshi Collection. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.
1. Product Descriptions & Color Accuracy
We strive to display the colours and textures of our handcrafted fabrics as accurately as possible. Due to differences in monitor calibration, natural yarn dyeing, and studio lighting, slight natural color nuances may occur.
2. Fabric Meterage & Custom Cuts
Fabrics sold by the meter are precision measured and cut from running master rolls. All lengths are guaranteed within standard international textile tolerances (+/- 1-2 cm).
3. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or orders placed with Kalshi Collection shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
